Three people including a child were shot dead Friday in rioting in Uganda's capital, a witness and a policeman said, bringing the overall death toll in two days of tribal unrest to at least 10.

IT is the middle of 2009. Moses Opobo finds out who is on track to be the hottest musician of the year. JOSE CHAMELEONE I have never seen more outpouring of sympathy and love to a local musician as did happen to Jose, following his highly mysterious Arusha accident. Well, not when that artiste was still alive. I went to his hospital bed in Nsambya Hospital and, looking at the expressions on many fellow artistes’ faces, I got this feeling it was the one time they wished a similar accident occurred to them!
